Professional Insurance Exchange Mutual, Inc. (PIE) is a mutual insurance company which has provided professional liability insurance to Utah dentists since September 1978. We currently insure dentists practicing in Utah. A dentist-CEO manages PIE and a nine-member Board of Directors (all dentists) governs the affairs of the company. We also own a licensed insurance agency, Professional Assurance Corporation, which provides the following insurance products to the membership: office, property, casualty, workers compensation or disability insurance.
